This 15 KVA pole-mounted transformer comes in a single-phase configuration with a voltage rating of 25 – 37.5 KV on the primary side and 120 – 480 V on the secondary side. The unit’s cores are made from Grain Oriented Silicon Steel using state-of-the-art technology. This single-phase pole-mounted transformer is highly energy efficient with lower heat emissions, resulting in fewer cooling requirements.

Our Pole Mount Transformers

MPS offers single-phase pole-mounted distribution transformers engineered for residential overhead distribution loads. They are also appropriate for industrial lighting, light commercial loads, and various power applications. These transformers are designed to meet the application requirements typically found on electric utility distribution systems.

Each unit is manufactured in compliance with IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA standards. The transformers are available with three different fluids: mineral oil, silicone transformer oil, or less flammable seed oil. In general, pole-mounted transformers are equipped with off-load tap changers.
